Since our launch in 2013, the CWB Welding Foundation has partnered with educators, school administrators, government, business partners and donors to develop and deliver programs that support welding and joining education. Through a range of programs beginning with exploratory camps and demonstrations for youth through pre-employment and workforce development workshops, we seek to build welding and welding-related industry awareness across Canada and provide the means for students of all ages to try a trade.
We are also proud partners in the support and provision of infrastructure, equipment and supplies that are up-to-date and industry-approved for secondary education through our capital and equipment fund.
