CWB Welding Foundation meets individuals all across Canada who are passionate about pursuing a career in welding.
We have been grateful to get back into action with our hands-on, experiential learning opportunities and programs for women and youth. As we strive to continue growing and offering the Introduction to Welding program and the Arx & Sparx programs, we look forward to reaching new individuals and providing them the same opportunities as those who have already participated this summer, and in years past.
Since 2013, we have invested more than $3.5 million in upgrading school welding shops, with nearly $5.9 million in co-investment from educational and industry partners, for a total investment of more than $9.4 million.

In the four years of CWB Welding Foundation Mind over Metal camps, students have found interest in the camps for a variety of reasons. However, sometimes there is a story so unique it must be shared.
